Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🎨 Personalised Orders – Please Read Carefully
All personalised items are custom-made to your specifications. Please double-check all personalisation details (such as names, dates, spellings, colours, etc.) before completing your order.
We cannot accept responsibility for errors provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet started, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our personalised items:

All personalised goods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept exchanges or cancellations on personalised products once production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
📩 Order Issues & Customer Support
If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch via the platform you purchased from (Etsy, Shopify, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok), or email us at info@theweerhubarb.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
📦 Lost or Delayed Orders
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal or courier services. If your order appears to be lost, we will help investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
For tracked services, we’ll provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
🌍 International Orders (if applicable)
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
