📦 Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • For personalised items or during busy periods, please allow up to 7 business days for production.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are in addition to processing times and depend on your location and chosen shipping method:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • International Shipping: 5–15 business days (varies by country)

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Jersey, Guernsey (Channel Islands) and Isle of Man

Please note:

  • Orders shipped to these destinations are outside the UK VAT area

  • UK VAT is not charged on Jersey orders

  • Your order may be subject to local GST (currently 5%) or handling fees on delivery

  • Any local taxes, duties, or courier handling charges are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery to Jersey may take slightly longer than mainland UK delivery.

We use trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and other courier services depending on your selected shipping method and location.

🔁 Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or extreme weather conditions.

We currently ship to select international destinations.
