What you’ll receive

Your artwork panelled on A4 DTF film sheets
Hot-melt adhesive applied and cured, press-ready
Optional gang-sheet layout if requested

Artwork guidelines

File types: PNG (transparent), PDF, or vector (AI/SVG) with text outlined
Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size
Colours: RGB accepted; avoid low-opacity white under 10%
Stroke/text minimum: 0.5 mm strokes; 2.5 mm text height minimum
Bleed: 1–2 mm for edge-to-edge graphics
Background: Transparent preferred for non-rectangular designs

Pressing instructions (general guidance; adjust to your press)

Temp: 150–165°C
Pressure: Medium-firm
Time: 12–15 seconds
Peel: Warm/cool peel (test your press; we recommend cool peel for best edges)
Finish: Optional second press 5–8 seconds with parchment or teflon for softer hand and better wash

Care

Wait 24 hours before washing
Wash inside-out, 30–40°C, mild detergent
Avoid bleach and fabric softener; low tumble or hang dry
Do not iron directly on print

Fabric compatibility

Excellent: cotton, cotton blends, polyester
Caution: nylon and waterproofed fabrics (test first)
Not suitable: heat-sensitive/sublimated items without barriers
